FAQ's

When will I get my order? 

All orders are dispatched within 48 hours of purchase via Australia Post with the shipping method of your choice. Any orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the following business day.

Can I change my order? 

Your order will be dispatched from our end within 48 hours or less, so if you want to change anything with your order please contact the customer service team with your order number and update and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Can I cancel my order? 

Unfortunately, once you have placed your order you can not cancel it.  Please see our refund policy for your options.

How do discount codes work? 

You can enter your discount code when you hit the checkout screen. Ensure to use your discount code before the expiry period outlined in the promotion.

If you have more than one discount code, you can only apply one to an order, unless stated otherwise in the terms and conditions of the coupon.
