Returns & Exchanges

Not feeling the love? No stress, we got you!

If you aren’t down with your 23Ravens threads, we will happily take it back off your hands in exchange for another item of equal or less value, a different size or a store credit. If these options still don’t suit you, we will refund your money as long as you meet the following criteria:

Return Policy

Items can be returned within 10 days of purchase. Returned items must be in their original, resalable condition, including all attached tags.

Damaged, soiled, or altered items will not be eligible for a refund.

Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Store credit or exchange items will be issued once we have received your shipped item back to 23Ravens. Cost for returning items will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

Making a Return

Please contact support@23ravens.com.au to let us know you want to return your goods.

Carefully package your item(s) and include a copy of your order receipt.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

Please allow 7-10 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method where eligible.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to item availability and the eligibility criteria. If your requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund to the original payment method where eligible or provide you with a store credit.

We’ll look after you and cover the shipping cost for your exchanged item when we send you the replacement duds.

Refunds

Refunds are processed back to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days after we receive your return.

Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.

If you haven’t received your refund, please check with your bank or credit card company.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@23ravens.com.au

We’ll provide a prepaid return label so you can send to us along with a replacement item, or a full refund if you don't wish to accept a replacement.

International Customers:

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer returns for anyone rocking it outside of Australia so please make sure you choose the right fit and size so you can look the business in your new threads.
